A fairytale Santa’s Grotto for the children of Army personnel based in Herefordshire – this is the second project undertaken for the Ministry of Defence Army Garrison in Hereford. Incorporating Rudolph and Santa’s sleigh, with a variety of Santa’s elves and fairies, together with a Christmas tree, roaring log fire, angels and the Nativity, as well as heaps of presents, Santa’s Grotto has been painted to delight the children at Christmas time.
The Garrison Community Centre is an on-going project for families of army personnel and the early years area has been transformed with illustrations of fairy tales and nursery rhymes. The next commissioned phase incorporates the youth centre at the Community Centre.
